The weather has officially dropped below 75 degrees which means I’m pulling out my sweaters and fully embracing that fall has arrived!

In honor of my favorite season, I decided to kick things off with one of my favorite mocktails to date- this Spiced Ginger Apple Fizz!

The flavors in this mocktail scream fall with the cinnamon and freshly juiced apples/ginger. This mocktail is also anti-inflammatory and if you prefer to make it with less sugar, then simply add less freshly juiced apple juice and more of the sparkling water or Zevia ginger beer!

If you don’t have a juicer then you can add your apples and lemon juice with a little bit of water to a blender, blend on high for about 15 seconds, and then strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer.

I hope you make this mocktail tonight and sip on it while you’re cozying up with your favorite book or watching a good movie!
